The basic data was taken courtesy of the US Department of Agriculture so many of the foods are American however we are adding many UK and European foods and we will continue to do so. The figures are available by Portion Size (many are U.S. portions) or per 100g.

The daily recommended allowances in pregnancy are: Folic acid: 400mcg, Iron: 14.8mg, Vitamin B12: 2.9mcg, Calcium: 700mg, Protein: 60g.
